For each program, there is a four-person dedicated team consisting of a performance, wellbeing and fitness coach and a program manager. This team works with the participants to ensure they have a positive experience and focused support before, during and after the program.
The three coaching leads train and introduce other coaches to provide the same high level of quality and service on all programs. The program manager is responsible for coordinating, managing and delivering the program.
