Our programs are designed for corporate clients and individual professionals looking to improve individual and team effectiveness through providing a holistic experience that helps improve work-life balance, manage stress, and boost overall well-being. Whether you’re an executive, a manager, or part of a team, our holistic coaching approach can help you achieve your goals.

What sets WLiB apart is our Executive Coaching Plus model. We combine traditional performance coaching (a blend of executive and life coaching) with fitness and wellness components to provide a holistic well-rounded, results-driven approach. This comprehensive focus ensures participants enhance both their professional capabilities and personal well-being.

Holistic Coaching means we look at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Our programs address multiple aspects of personal and professional life, including setting goals, managing stress, improving physical core strength, and developing sustainable habits to achieve a balanced, thriving lifestyle.

Our 10-week Holistic Coaching Program includes individual and group sessions focused on three main areas:

Performance – Aims to enhance personal and professional effectiveness through focusing on topics such as leadership, prioritization, delegation, coaching and emotional intelligence.

Wellness – Focuses on topics such as nutrition, energy, mindfulness, and stress management to improve wellbeing.

Fitness Coaching – Group fitness sessions are designed to improve physical strength, cardiovascular health and energy levels.

Participants should experience:

  • Improved productivity and focus
  • Enhanced physical health and energy levels
  • Better stress management and physical / mental resilience
  • Stronger connections within their team or workplace

At the beginning of the program, participants will create individual and group objectives. We also create a series of metrics to help measure progress. The results are shared at the end of 10-weeks and after 6-months to assess the long-term impact of the program.

In addition to collecting feedback at the end of the workshop, we will assess the impact of the program after six-months to understand what participants have tried and what is working and what is not working. We will then provide input and support on what they can do to maintain the positive changes they have started.

Participants are invited to stay in touch via the WhatsApp group and are also invited to become part of the WLiB community on LinkedIn. They will then be invited to talks, events and meetings (virtual and in-person) in the future.
