Five weeks into our inaugural Work Life in Balance (WLiB) Holistic Coaching Program, and we’re thrilled by the commitment and enthusiasm of our first cohort! With six dedicated participants embarking on this 10-week journey, we are seeing firsthand the impact of integrating fitness, wellness, and performance coaching into daily routines. 

Commitment & Progress 

One of the biggest indicators of success in any program is retention, and we’re proud to say that every single participant remains fully engaged. With zero dropouts at the halfway mark, it’s clear that the program is resonating with them. Participants have been actively scheduling their weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, attending group discussions, and implementing key strategies

From our pre-program survey analysis, we knew that stress management, time optimization, and building sustainable habits were top concerns. Now, four weeks in, here’s what we’re seeing:

With five more weeks to go, we’re excited to see how participants apply their learnings in the long run. The second half of the program will dive deeper into sustainable habit formation, long-term resilience, and refining personal success strategies
